Frequently Asked Questions
Can I enroll in New You at any time?
Yes. The New You program is a year-long program that is available to begin at any time.
Do I have to attend all of the monthly meet ups?
While we hope to see you at these group events, they are completely optional. You may come for one, none, or all!
Will I have direct access to my provider in New You?
No. As an New You member, you will have 4 consultations with your provider. You will be able to reach your provider e via email for general questions/concerns. However, if you are enrolled in a membership health plan with A New Way Healthcare, you will be able to reach your primary care provider by text for any urgent concerns or needs.
Will I receive a refund if I wish to cancel my enrollment in New You?
We can just about guarantee that you will see results and feel better if you agree and commit to the health plan we create together. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, we can discuss a prorated refund on an individual basis. Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered.
