The practice of Breathwork
Breathwork is a practice that uses conscious breathing to access deeper layers of the body and nervous system. In a safe and well-held environment, it can allow stored stress, emotion, and tension that often sit outside of conscious awareness to surface and release. Through this process, the body is given the space to unwind patterns it may have been holding for a long time, often leading to a greater sense of clarity, ease, and connection to oneself.
